Completing the package is a special USB PC movie camera and some unique LEGO brick elements. First, the included camera has LEGO studs on the outside, allowing for firm mounting onto a child's LEGO creations during 'shoots'. This camera has a full-motion video mode and a digital still mode, allowing for recording of motion clips, still shots, and stop-frame animation -- where objects appear to move on their own. The brick elements that come witht the package include Quick-build buildings which rebuild in seconds, an 'Earthquake Plate' that looks like a section of road, but splits apart to reveal fiery magma below, a 'cast' of characters including a Rescue Firefighter, heroine, villain, and Fluffy the cat, a complete crew, including a Director, cameraman, sound person, and key grips, complete with all of the equipment they would have. Also included is a Dino T-Rex, a baby T-Rex, and a Dino Foot - Zoom in on the foot and you can make it appear like a giant lizard is stomping thru the set! Camera sled pieces are also included, allowing you to build your own sled to steady your camera as it pans and moves thru the set. Guide sticks are included and allow you to move your characters and cars without showing your hands on screen. Want to create a more grand sense of scale? Use the included mini-houses and cars... Now your T-Rex can do some SERIOUS damage.

The LEGO Studios Steven Spielberg MovieMaker Set will retail for $179.99 USD ($249.99 CN), and is scheduled to be available in the U.S. in November 2000, and worldwide in April 2001.
