Turtle Beach Partners with Activision
Company: Turtle Beach
Product: Call of Duty: Ghosts Headsets
Turtle Beach is announcing a new two-year partnership agreement with Activision Publishing, Inc. involving the blockbuster Call of Duty video game franchise. As part of the agreement, Turtle Beach is unveiling a new line of limited edition headsets specifically optimized for Call of Duty: Ghosts.

These headsets will feature Call of Duty: Ghosts branding, premium finishes and bonus content developed in collaboration with the game's developers, including voice prompts and audio presets. As part of the agreement, Turtle Beach will also create Call of Duty co-branded headsets and related accessories.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is being designed to showcase what's possible on next gen systems, featuring a new story, new characters and a new Call of Duty world, all powered by a next-generation engine.

In support of the partnership, Turtle Beach will promote across retail point-of-sale, media and marketing initiatives, including the Call of Duty Championship, in which the world's best Call of Duty pros compete using Turtle Beach headsets and tournament mixers in broadcast tournament events.

"Turtle Beach is honored to continue our relationship with Activision and Call of Duty. And we couldn't be more excited to work this year with the talented team at Infinity Ward on Call of Duty: Ghosts. There's nothing quite like Call of Duty. This year, Call of Duty: Ghosts will absolutely immerse fans to a whole new level, and Turtle Beach will be there to deliver the innovative gaming accessories for Call of Duty fans to fully enjoy for current and next generation consoles alike."
- Bob Picunko, Chief Marketing Officer, Turtle Beach

This new agreement continues the relationship that began with 2011's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and continued last year with the record setting launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops II. The limited edition Call of Duty: Black Ops II Ear Force Tango headset has won multiple awards at E3 (2012 and 2013) and won a CES Innovations award at CES 2013).
