Sammy Sneaks a Peak at Comic- Con International 2004
SAN DIEGO, Calif.- July 21, 2004- Sammy Studios Inc., a developer, publisher and global distributor of interactive entertainment content, today announced that it will showcase a sneak preview of two highly anticipated video game titles at the upcoming Comic-Con International show. Spy Fiction and Guilty Gear Isuka will be debuted to the public, with multiple kiosks featuring playable previews of each game at Sammy booths #4203 and #4205. Comic-Con International 2004 is held July 22-25 at the San Diego Convention Center.

Spy Fiction is an exciting new entry to the stealth-action genre, featuring fast-paced game play, amazing graphics and the superb character design of Renji "Range" Murata (Last Submarine No.6, Last Exile I and II). The game follows Billy Bishop and Sheila Crawford, phantom operatives in an underground intelligence agency on the trail of a terrorist organization harboring a doomsday biotech weapon. Spy Fiction introduces a variety of spy gadgets and game mechanics designed to kick the stealth genre into high gear, including the groundbreaking ability for players to steal and assume the identity of any character they encounter in the game.

Developed by Access Games, Inc., the game is rated M for Mature and slated for release in September 2004.

Guilty Gear Isuka promises a leap forward in the critically-acclaimed, fanatically adored 2D anime-style fighting series. The sequel delves deeper into the Guilty Gear universe, where a tournament is created to find humans skilled enough to fight genetically altered soldiers called Gears. Guilty Gear Isuka introduces revolutionary upgrades such as 4-player simultaneous fighting, allowing for 2-on-2, 3-on-1 and 2-player co-op battles. It also adds new characters to a roster that is arguably one of the most unique casts found in any video game series. An exciting new side-scrolling action game called Boost Mode, additional new modes of play and all-new fight arenas make this one of the most anticipated sequels in the series. Developed by Arc System Works, Guilty Gear Isuka is rated T for Teen and slated for release in fall 2004.
