Hoot Loop's top half is pure magician fare all the way through. His default method of attack is the "Dejaboom," a simple projectile attack that strikes three times. It can be upgraded to produce bouncing projectiles that explode on their third bounce.
Hoot Loop's other top half attack is more of an enemy deterrent that allows you to take them down with less of a struggle. This ability is called Hypnotism, and it primarily acts as a slowing attack. Upgrades increase the scope of the hypnotism and allows
Hoot Loop to wear down multiple enemies at once.
The second part of Hoot Loop's name is for the hoop it hovers around on as part of his bottom half. This hoop allows the feathered Skylander to teleport around the environment, harming anyone that comes into contact with him as he surfaces. As you upgrade this attack, the loop becomes something of a black hole that sucks enemies in, and his ultimate attack is the Infinite Loop, a devastating ability that causes a giant pulse to explode from the loop itself.
