THIRD EDITION D&D MAKES ITS FIRST SHOWING

Neverwinter Nights, being published by Interplay and developed by Bioware, will be the first computer RPG to utilize the upcoming 3rd edition D&D ruleset. Shipping in 2001 for Windows 9x boxes, NWN uses BioWare's 3D engine, entitled Aurora. Set in the Forgotten Realms gameworld, NWN promises both excellent multi-player and single-player action. It comes with a program that lets players create their own game worlds, to be played over the internet. They even get to be a Dungeon Master, playing as the NPCs and mucking around in the world. Promising to please all wannabe Dungeon Masters the world over, Neverwinter Nights is one to look out for.
