IF YOU'LL BE MY BODYGUARD, I'LL BE YOUR EVERGRACE...

Along with Eternal Ring, From Software has announced Evergrace for the PS2, another 3D real-time RPG. There are two main characters, Yuterald and Sharamy, and the story will be told from both of their points of view, a la Dew Prism and Kartia and other such recent efforts. Along with the 3D RPG action that From always delivers on, they've got their very own System (doesn't everyone nowadays?) -- the Dress-Up System. Depending on how you dress the characters, you may get your weapons repaired cheaper or more expensively. This may bring a rather interesting wrinkle into the normal RPG interactions. Along with this, you can make the characters more proficient in their skills with the right items -- close-range for Yuterald, long-range and magic for Sharamy. It may seem like just another boy and girl tale, but one with enough interesting features to make it more than worth looking out for. Not to mention, it's for the PS2, neh?
