Close your eyes, give me your hand, and let me tell you about From Software's premier offering for the PS2 -- Eternal Ring. In the grand style of the King's Field series and, more recently, Shadow Tower, Eternal Ring is promising more 3D Action RPG fun than ever before. The game takes place on an island that is populated by dragons, and you must try to discover the truth about the "Eternal Ring" that is somewhere on the island. Indeed, rings make a large part of the game's strategy, as they can be worn and combined for various effects. Everything living on the island is turning into demons, but for some reason Cain, the main character, isn't, and you've got to find out why. The game promises to bring From's loved-or-hated brand of action/RPG to the Playstation 2 with flair. RPG fans and action fans alike would do well to take note.
