In the future, chrome will be the new currency. At least, that's what the future of Chrome is like, and everybody is killing everyone else for this valuable commodity. As a bounty hunter, you are trying to become rich with chrome, but ultimately end up entangled in the lies and machinations of greedy corporations who would kill anyone for an ounce of chrome.
Taking a Haloesque approach to the gameplay, the developers of Chrome have pitted you in a FPS environment, where you can only carry a certain amount of guns and equipment. Loading up your character largely resembles the payload layout of old games like X - Com, except this time you get to personally take it to the enemy.
The graphics are looking quite good in this prerelease version, and we can only hope for more upon the game's arrival. With over 8 vehicles, 18+ weapons, and a 32 player multiplayer mode, Chrome could be one of the big First Person Shooters of this summer.
