Hold On To Your Tempers...

Bruce Banner has some problems with his temper. Anyone familiar with the Marvel Comics Universe understands that when Bruce gets angry he transforms into a green, power-raged entity known as The Hulk. This summer, Bruce and his colossal alter ego are breaking through the comic book barrier, and into the movie theater. Along with the film release, Vivendi Universal has also developed a video game for the Playstation 2, Xbox, and GameCube to compliment the events portrayed in the film.

Contrary to most video games about a movie, Hulk focuses on a time frame one year after the film ends. The game follows Bruce Banner and his enraged alter ego, Hulk, as they battle some of Marvel Comics' most popular villains, as well as some new ones created exclusively for the game. As Bruce pursues his foes through the California setting, players will be introduced to levels featuring environments both directly from the film and exclusive to the game. Perhaps the most difficult challenge that players will have to face is controlling Bruce's anger during pivotal points of game play. While the Hulk is strong and can relentlessly conquer any situation, in order to overcome his enemies, Bruce must be capable of gaining control of the beast inside.

However, whenever the Hulk?s presence is needed, his powers are remarkable. With the ability to smash walls and perform more than 45 super attacks, the Hulk's power can definitely do some damage. Furthermore, this destruction can be seen as though it would occur in the real world. Glass shatters, pipes roll, and debris flies through the environment as the Hulk is dominating the environment.

With the film due for release in June, hype surrounds this monumental subject. The ability to participate in the adventures of the world's most powerful super hero, and his stealthy, but troubled alter ego, definitely sets the Hulk up as a major breakthrough. Hold on to your tempers, Hulk is on its way.
