Everyone has read, or at least knows of, The Cat in the Hat. Come Thanksgiving this classic children's story will be the second of Dr. Seuss' outrageous worlds to hit the big screen. But the fun won't stop there. Soon after the movie is released, VU Games will continue the Seussian experience with Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat for Xbox, Playstation 2, PC, and Game Boy Advance.
Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat will be based upon the movie adaptation and will contain original characters from the movie, as well as some new faces exclusive to the games. Developed by Magenta Software, whose past games include Treasure Planet and Stuart Little 2, Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat will have you swinging your umbrella, floating across chasms, and even diving underwater as you attempt to return the Seussian magic to the Cat's big red box.
So keep your eyes peeled around Christmas 2003. You wouldn't want a scoundrel like The Cat sneaking up on you. |
